The Window Bar Quick Release Kit converts a stationary Grisham spear point window bar into a pivoting unit for quick egress in the event of an emergency. Release is activated from within the home with a foot operated mechanism. All necessary components and installation hardware is included.  Emergency release may be required by local building codes and fire ordinances for egress. Color matched for Black window bars.
