Lee romantic love triangle musical ("Youth... love... melody!"; about a handicapped pretty dancer who is in love with a puppeteer who mostly communicates through his puppets, which makes her very jealous; there is a fantasy dream sequence where a marionette puppet version of the girl is put on trial by king and queen puppets!) starring Lilian Harvey (in the title role as Suzanne), Gene Raymond, Leslie Banks, Scotty Beckett, Georgia Caine, and "Podrecca's Piccoli Marionettes". Note that if this movie seems extremely familiar, it is because most of the plot was borrowed many years later for the movie "Lili" with Leslie Caron and Mel Ferrer!
