Prime-Line casement window operator.  Left hand.   H 3948.   Bronze color.  NEW but package is coming apart at the seam.  Back of package has a few stains.  All (3) parts are included in the package.  PLEASE INSURE THIS IS THE CORRECT OPERATOR FOR YOUR NEEDS BEFORE PURCHASING AS THERE ARE NO RETURNS.  SHIPS ONLY to Contiguous U.S.  NO RETURNS.
The H 3948 is a left hand casement operator and track combination used by many contemporary wood or vinyl window manufacturers.  The housing is diecast with a bronze finish while the operator arm is painted a neutral color to resist the elements.  On the end of the 9 1/2 inch operator arm is a nylon guide roller that slides in the track.  The track fits on the lower inside edge of the casement window.  ( This is NOT the right hand version).
