Here is a great old west style Texas Ranger badge.  It has the peso back because legend has it that the early Texas Ranger badges were made from Mexican pesos.
We are also including the matching lapel pin as pictured.  Note that the lapel pin does not have the peso back. This is a great gift for any badge or Texas Ranger aficionado.
This badge measures approximately 1-5/8 inches across It is crafted out of brass and steel. It is double-stamped then silver plated. Finally the badge is individually hand finished. It has a pin back as shown.
The lapel pin measures approximately 1 inch across.  The pin is stamped out of iron and then silver plated.  It features a clutch and pin fastener as shown.
The badge and lapel pin are packaged in a Kraft box as shown.  The manufacturer includes a story card about the badge glued into the top of the box.
Additionally, we include our own story card about the Texas Rangers printed on parchment card stock.
The card measures 3-1/2 x 3-1/2 inches and can be glued into the top of the box or displayed with the badge.
This badge is not in use by any modern law enforcement agency.
