Instead of 2 rivets, it has one rivet and 1 screw.
No original packing material.
No mounting screws or other hardware included.
No markings or makers mark.
Screw spread is 3-7/8"
Fork is 1-1/8" from bottom of insert.
Slot opening needs to be 7/16" X 4-5/16", (the insert is a little smaller 0.43 inch X 4.28 inch).
If slot is to small, opening can be enlarged with a round and flat metal file.
Color is beige.
Non handed, reversible.
